As a continuation of their modest home repair program started by Trinity Episcopal Church in 2016, the Benevolent Fund expanded this program in 2018 to assist low income individuals and families.

 

This program helps  by stabilizing homes and providing emergency home repairs to create safe and healthy home environments. Working in partnership with Habitat for Humanity, the Rappahannock Benevolent Fund has helped over 25 homeowners in the past three years. Projects have included roof repair and/or replacement, plumbing issues, mold remediation, painting, structural repairs, window repairs and heating and cooling repairs/replacements.
