"Ask for help not because you're weak, but because you want to remain strong."
Receiving assistance is simple, respectful, and confidential. Call 540-671-0421 or email to apply. Requests are generally processed within 24 hours.
We are generally in the office on a daily basis from 9-2 p.m. Please leave a phone message after hours. You may also reach us by email, although you will still need to speak to the director to put forth your request.
All payments are made directly to suppliers of goods and services. No direct payment is made to an individual or family.
All requests for assistance go through the RBF Grants Committee who make the final approval of payment.
In addition to any assistance RBF may provide, we inform applicants about other local, State, or Federal aid currently available and how to apply.
RBF works in partnership with Rappahannock Food Pantry, Department of Social Services, Senior Center and Rapp at Home.
We are here to help you, so don't hesitate to reach out.
